CHI St. Vincent has appointed a new chief nurse executive.
Bryan Williams, DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC, has been selected to head up the health system’s nursing practice. In this role, Williams will “provide leadership and coordination of nursing practice across the CHI St. Vincent System,” according to a news release.
“Bryan is a champion for nursing and coworker engagement and has led efforts resulting in some of the highest results we’ve seen,” CHI St. Vincent CEO Chad Aduddell said in a statement “He has a passion for quality, safety and the patient experience and has been a key member of the team leading improvements in our compassionate care.”
Most recently, Williams served as CHI St. Vincent’s vice president for patient care services, as well as chief nursing officer for CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Central Arkansas, a master’s degree in nursing from Stanford University, an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Doctor of Nursing Practice – Nursing Administration from the University of South Alabama.
