Anthony Valinoti, owner of the iconic pizzeria Deluca’s in Hot Springs, confirmed signing the lease today for a new, second location in Little Rock’s Breckenridge Village.
Breckenridge Village, which recently came under the new ownership of KBK-Breck LLC, has been undergoing renovation and re-development as part of revitalization plans in the area of Rodney Parham.
“The group intends to bring back the glory days of Breckenridge and revitalize it with a diverse combination of restaurants and other retail spaces,” said Jim Keet, Chairman of JTJ Restaurants, LLC. “At least four restaurants with various cuisines will be a part of the new plan for the center.”
Speculations that Valinoti would open a Little Rock location of Deluca’s at Breckenridge Village were confirmed on Friday when he informed AY Media Group staff that he has signed the lease for the new location.
