Arvest Bank has made two new hires in its Little Rock market. Melissa Lefler Henshaw has been named senior vice president for the commercial lending department, while Josh Wagner has been named vice president and mortgage lender supervisor for the Little Rock region.
A 25-year banking industry veteran, Henshaw hold a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas. She is a member of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Little Rock program.
“Melissa is a knowledgeable lender whose attention to detail serves her clients’ needs,” Jim Cargill, president and CEO of Arvest Bank in Central, Northeast and Southwest Arkansas, said in a statement. “She will be a valuable resource for our customers and the entire Arvest team.”
Wagner, who will be based at the Arvest Bank branch on Highway 10 in west Little Rock, will head up the mortgage lending team in Little Rock. In this position, he will help to determine the best loans for customers.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
