John Robbins Jr.
President and CEO
DataPath, Little Rock
Since assuming the role of DataPath Inc. president and CEO in 2011, John Robbins Jr. has more than doubled the firm’s size while maintaining a family-friendly culture focused on helping clients succeed and employees learn, grow and reach their full potential.
Yet Robbins lists work as only the third of the three pillars around which his life revolves, the others being faith and family. “They are my foundation, strength and inspiration for any success I may achieve elsewhere,” he emphasized.
A family-owned company founded in 1984, DataPath develops innovative technology solutions for the consumer-driven health-care industry nationwide. Under Robbins’ leadership, the firm has released to the market a comprehensive, cloud-based administration platform (now its flagship product) and solidified its reputation for strong client relationships and industry-leading customer support.
DataPath Administrative Services, a wholly owned subsidiary, has also grown steadily to become the leading third-party benefits administrator (TPA) focused on serving Arkansas businesses.
Robbins is a lifelong member of Holy Souls Catholic Church in Little Rock and serves as Scoutmaster of the same Boy Scout troop in which he earned his own Eagle Scout rank years ago. He and wife Melissa have five children, the eldest now a senior at the U.S. Naval Academy.
