Staley Technologies, of Little Rock, has merged with POSitive Solutions Group, a Michigan-based reseller and servicer for NCR solutions. The merger between Staley Technologies and POSitive Solutions Group was finalized on Thursday, Dec. 31.
The terms of the transaction were undisclosed. However, Staley Technologies CEO Andrew Faulkner will lead the newly merged company, and Little Rock will serve as the company’s headquarters with Lansing, Mich. serving as a satellite office.
This merger expanded Staley Technologies’ offerings of commercial technology solutions throughout the United States.
“We are excited to announce that POSitive Solutions Group will now be powered by Staley Technologies. As the newest edition to the Staley Technologies family, this merging of companies will bring the most comprehensive suite of tools available in 2021—and moving into the future. We remain committed to serving our clients’ needs intuitively, and this merger will help us achieve that goal,” Faulkner said in a statement.
Staley Technologies is an Arkansas-based company with eight offices across the United States that provides software, hardware and managed services, including network and wireless infrastructure, POS systems and kiosks, digital signage and more, to multiple industries. POSitive Solutions is a seller and service for NCR solutions for the hospitality and retail industries in Michigan and surrounding areas.
This is the second merger for Staley Technologies in the past year. In June 2020, Staley Technologies merged with Boise POS Solutions of Boise, Idaho, which is a NCR restaurant software and hardware provider.
