Simmons Bank announced today the promotions of Justin McCarty to lead as Conway community president and Jake Sibley to lead as Fort Smith community president. These promotions are effective on July 1.
“Throughout the last five years Justin has dedicated his time to learning the industry and growing our commercial relationships at Simmons Bank,” said Reggie Rose, West Arkansas division president. “Jake is an experienced banker committed to providing customers excellent service, tailored to meet their financial needs. We look forward to Justin and Jake leading in each of our communities.”
McCarty joined Simmons Bank in 2017 as a commercial analyst intern, quickly moving his way up to a full-time community banker. McCarty holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Central Arkansas and is currently enrolled in the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. Involved in several local causes, McCarty currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the United Way of Central Arkansas and as treasurer for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
With 15 years of banking experience, Sibley most recently served as a community banker in Fort Smith overseeing customers’ financial needs. A graduate of the University of the Ozarks, Sibley is deeply involved in his community and serves on several nonprofit boards including Area Agency on Aging of Western Arkansas and Bost Foundation Incorporated. Sibley also serves as a committee member for the Fort Smith United Way and the Boy Scouts of America – Westark Council.
