Simmons First National Corp. board of directors recently declared that shareholders of record will receive a 16-cent quarterly cash dividend.
The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2019 to shareholders who are of record March 15, 2019.
This dividend is 6.7 percent, or 1-cent, higher than the dividend paid for the same period in 2018.
Simmons First National Corp (NASDAQ: SFNC) is trading at $25.05 per share as of 11:15 p.m. CST on Monday, January 28. The stock has recovered after dipping to a low of $24.86 today.
In January, Simmons’ stock reached a high of $26.48 on January 18. The stock subsequently began falling, reaching $24.65 on January 24 before increasing to its current estimation.
