Paul Lowe has been named the metro division president for Simmons Bank’s Little Rock, Memphis and Nashville markets.
Lowe has been promoted from his role as Central Arkansas market president. David Stogsdill will be taking the Central Arkansas market president position, where he will head up local market strategy, community affairs and partnerships.
In his new role, Lowe will oversee Simmons’ full suite of banking products across three markets.
A 20-year banking veteran, Lowe joined Simmons Bank in 2019. He previously was the executive vice president and president of corporate banking at Bear State Bank.
“Paul experienced great success leading and growing the central Arkansas division into the top performing division for Simmons Bank,” Chad Rawls, Simmons Bank chief metro bank officer, said in a statement. “We are excited to have Paul take the helm of our Arkansas and Tennessee metro markets to deepen our existing relationships and pursue growth.”
Lowe graduated from Ouachita Baptist University and was a member of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXIII.
