Arvest Bank has named a new community and business relationship manager.
Hillis Schild has been named to the role, where she will oversee the managers of the bank’s marketing and community development mortgage lending departments. She will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations for low-to moderate-income individuals and businesses.
This marks a promotion for Schild, who previously served as Arvest Bank’s community development senior representative for Central, Northeast and Southwest Arkansas.
“Hillis is the epitome of a community advocate and she draws from her experience and resources strategically, in order to achieve the greatest benefits and outcomes for a broad range of organizations,” Jim Cargill, president and CEO of Arvest Bank in Central, Northeast and Southwest Arkansas, said in a statement. “This new role and structure will create even greater synergy among these three departments, and our customers, community and non-profit organizations will be the beneficiaries of this enhanced coordination.”
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting for Ouachita Baptist University.
