A Florida-based insulation and building materials company has acquired Ozark Foam Insealators.
TopBuild Corp., a Daytona Beach, Florida-based insulation and building materials installer and distributor, has acquired Ozark Foam. The company, founded in 1995 in Harrison, has offices in Mountain Home; Tulsa, Okla.; and Ozark, Mo.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Ozark Foam specializes in spray foam insulation and offers a range of services, including attic insulation, crawlspace insulation, and insulation for commercial buildings, metal buildings and other new construction.
“Ozark Foam is a terrific addition to our TruTeam installation business with a strong customer base and an experienced team of installers. We are also pleased that the two former owners, Randi and Tami Williams, have joined the TopBuild team. They will continue to manage and help us grow this business,” TopBuild president and CEO Robert Buck said in a statement.
This is the latest acquisition for TopBuild, which has completed two acquisitions in the year to date. The company has also entered in an agreement for another acquisition.
TopBuild estimates that the three acquisitions will geneate an additional $210 million in annual revenue. According to a TopBuild news release, Ozark Foam had roughly $7.7 million in revenue in 2020.
