Nine Arkansas entrepreneurs have been selected to participate in a virtual pitch contest for Global Entrepreneurship Week.
During the GEW Pitch Event, the entrepreneurs will have two minutes to pitch their idea or business. There will be 18,500 in cash prizes on the line, as well as a “Best in Show” award that will be decided by the audience.
The entrepreneurs include Kanesha Adams of Eduscape Room, Daniel Sharp of Apothewell, Veronica Wirges of Monsterboy Lives, Michele Wright of My Water Buddy, Benjamin Harrison of FareMarket, Keneasha Scott of K Scott Consults LLC, Misti Staley of Staley House LLC, Beatrice Klokpah of Eunoia Therapy & Self Improvement, and Jesse Steelman of Spec Ops Gaming LLC.
The GEW Pitch Event, part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, is a collaboration between Conductor, the Venture Center, Innovate Arkansas and the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center. Arkansas Money & Politics is also a sponsor for the event.
