Nextstar Media Group and AT&T are back in business again.
Local television channels owned by Nexstar Media Group have been unavailable on AT&T since July 3 when Nexstar’s contract with the service provider expired. Now, the two companies have entered into a “multi-year retransmission consent agreement” that will return Nexstar to AT&T markets.
“Our customers want more choice and value and we are pleased to deliver that through this new agreement with Nexstar and its many local stations,” Rob Thun, Senior Vice President of Content and Programming for AT&T Communications, said.
