Empire Financial Architects, a Little Rock-based, woman-owned and operated financial services firm, announced recently that former Hot Springs Village CEO Lesley Nalley, has been hired as the new Vice President of the firm and Registered Financial Services Professional, where she will assist individuals and business owners with building, preserving and protecting wealth.
With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Saint Mary, Nalley has over 25 years of experience in both corporate and noncorporate accounting. She has served as a director on the boards of multiple organizations, such as the Arkansas State Chamber and the Hot Springs Metro Partnership, and she is the treasurer for two Arkansas nonprofits. Her previous role as the CEO of Hot Springs Village placed her in charge of the largest gated community by land area in the United States.
When asked about her new endeavor, Nalley remarked that “partnering with Wendy and the talented Empire team provided a tremendous opportunity to continue championing the fiscal health of Arkansas families and businesses. Our shared passion for supporting those on whose shoulders we stand and helping the next generation navigate their financial goals was a natural fit.”
“Lesley and I began working together at a Fortune 500 company in 2006 where we quickly recognized our mutual passion for hard work, integrity, and helping others reach their goals. We are excited to add her expertise as we continue helping our clients navigate their financial and legacy goals,” Wendy Blair, Empire President and CEO, said.
