Five new partners have been added to Arkansas commercial real estate group Moses Tucker Partners, the firm announced on Wednesday.
Zack Kifer, Jennifer Lester, Chris Monroe, Eric Nelson and Greyson Skokos join existing partners Chris Moses, Fletcher Hanson, Paul Esterer and John Martin in leading the firm under the guidance of the company’s board of directors, co-chaired by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.

Zack Kifer joined Moses Tucker Partners in 2015 and will serve as Vice President of Brokerage in the firm’s Northwest Arkansas office. A Northwest Arkansas native and University of Arkansas graduate, Kifer will use his extensive market knowledge and deep local relationships to identify strategic opportunities for development across the state.
Jennifer Lester will serve as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and brings more than 20 years of experience to the team. Lester is a University of Central Arkansas graduate and holds certified property manager (CPM) and real property administrator (RPA) designations. She is also a past president of the Southwest Region of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and of BOMA Greater Little Rock, and currently serves as BOMA Greater Little Rock’s treasurer.
Chris Monroe will be Vice President of Corporate Services, where he’ll assist in leadership and oversight of the firm’s retail division. Monroe is an active industry leader with 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, private equity investments, operation management, retail development and construction. He is a University of Arkansas graduate and serves on the Little Rock Catholic High School for Boys Foundation board of directors.
Eric Nelson will serve as Vice President of Brokerage in the Northwest Arkansas office. Nelson has been with the firm since 2018, has completed more than $100 million in transactions and has leased more than 500,000- SF of office and retail space. He is a Washington and Lee University graduate.
Greyson Skokos joined Moses Tucker Partners in 2015 and will serve as vice president of brokerage in the Central Arkansas office. With a primary focus on retail tenant representation, lease consulting, commercial sales and investments, he has completed more than $400 million in commercial transactions. He is a University of Arkansas graduate.
