Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard P.L.L.C. has named a new associate to its Little Rock office.
Josh Hallenbeck is joining the firm as a registered patient attorney, where he will provide strategic advice on invention and small business protections. His practice will focus on patents, trademarks, copyrights and other forms of intellectual property.
Hallenbeck currently serves as the chairman of the Intellectual Property and Technology Section of the Arkansas Bar Association and as a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and National Association of Patent Practitioners.
He holds a law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law as well as a bachelor’s degree in biology from John Brown University.
