Six attorneys have been named as members of Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C.
Effective Friday, Jan. 1, Wade Bowen, Ashley Gill, David Koehler, Graham Talley, Jordan Wimpy and Lauren Ybarrawere named members of the law firm. Four of the attorneys will practice in Little Rock, while one each will practice in Austin, Texas and Jonesboro.
Wade Bowen, a business and tax lawyer, will practice in Jonesboro and will focus on “business formations, business sales and acquisitions, lending and real estate transactions and commercial matters,” according to a company news release.
Gill will practice in Little Rock, specializing in estate planning, administration, taxation and corporate law.
Koehler will focus on complex tort, personal injury and products liability issues in Little Rock. He represents corporate clients and business owners in a range of commercial disputes, including contract and property cases.
Talley has a trial-focused practice in Little Rock, where he defends class actions and lawsuits concentrating on allegedly defective products, professional liability, contract breaches and business torts.
Wimpy has an environmental law practice in Little Rock, representing trade associations, utilities and business clients, as well as counseling agricultural conservation programs and land preservation and stewardship intiaitives.
Ybarra will practice in Austin, Texas, advising insurance and InsurTech companies on regulatory and transactional matters.
