Tech firm Metova Inc. announced today, Oct. 13, the opening of new offices in Fayetteville.
The company, which develops apps and technology strategy and marketing for companies such as Yelp, Dropbox, eHarmony, Flixster and the U.S. Department of Defense, is expanding outside of its Franklin, Tennessee, and Conway offices to meet the demands of the state’s growing mobile and digital media industry.
“Wow! The fact that Metova is significantly expanding for the third time is a testament to the state’s growing reputation as a hub for tech companies,” said Gov. Asa Hutchinson.
“Through increased STEM education and our new computer coding initiative, we are preparing a workforce that will be a great fit for Metova. The company has already announced more than 160 new jobs in Conway in 2015 and now brings 30 additional jobs to Northwest Arkansas. We appreciate Metova’s ongoing commitment to doing business in Arkansas.”
John Adams, Metova CEO, said the expansion into Northwest Arkansas will create 30 new jobs in application programming and development.
“Northwest Arkansas is an ideal location for our latest expansion, where there is a great pool of talent, higher education opportunities and a thriving business environment,” he said.
The company is looking for developers who are excellent problem solvers with superior communication skills interested in working on great projects in a unique culture. Those seeking employment can begin the process by clicking here or emailing their resume to jobs@metova.com.
