Welcome, 2020! We at Arkansas Money & Politics are proud of the last year in print and online. We had so many milestones and have a solid direction moving forward, offering more of our key pillars of editorial interest. We have enhanced content each month to include more robust healthcare and sports coverage.
This month, kicking off the New Year, we look at economic development in Arkansas by region. This is an important element of our success as Arkansans, offering “quality of place,” as well as securing health care, retail and technology industries across the state. Experts chime in on the state’s growth and future in this first month of 2020.
Our first Arkansas Influencers list is showcasing some of the most incredible people our state has to offer. Looking through the list, I literally got goose bumps! What an inaugural class of class acts. There is no denying Arkansas is home to some heavy hitters across a number of industries, nonprofits, politics and healthcare. Being able to bring this list to the pages of AMP is something of which we all are incredibly proud.
I will look forward to this list each January from this point forward because it helps put faces on the success of our state, and Arkansas is a state grounded in relationships and networks of people through generations. I wouldn’t want to be in business anywhere else!
