Jim Cargill, local president and CEO for Arvest Bank in Little Rock, has announced his retirement, effective Dec. 31.
Cargill has been with Arvest for more than 37 years, working in Bentonville and Rogers, as well as Bartlesville, Okla., and Shawnee, Okla., before accepting his current position in Little Rock. Arvest will announce Cargill’s replacement once he or she has been selected.
“We cannot thank Jim enough for his dedication to Arvest and his vast contributions throughout a significant period of growth for the bank,” said Craig Rivaldo, regional executive for Arvest. “He will be greatly missed, but we wish him all the best as he prepares to spend more time with his family and enter a new phase of life. We also look forward to working with Jim for the remainder of the year and appreciate his commitment to – and enthusiasm for – ensuring a seamless transition.”
Cargill is the 2022 Chairman of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and will continue to serve in that role until his term concludes at the end of the year.
