HYDCO recently announced leadership changes for the new year, with the promotion of Jeremy Hyde to President, and Jarred Dulski to Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.
HYDCO is a general contractor serving Arkansas and surrounding states with turnkey construction services.
“I’m looking forward to taking the lead of Hydco,” Hyde shared. “So many mentors have given their time and resources to ensure I reached this lifelong goal that I’ve had since childhood. Customer service has always been the focus of Hydco’s culture. I intend on ensuring that our teams’ everyday efforts continue to focus on our customers’ construction-related needs and dreams.”
“Over the past 25 years, Jeremy [Hyde] has developed in various roles with the company and is the third President of Hydco in its 35-year history,” said Roger Marlin, who joined HYDCO in 1999 and has been acting President since 2008. “Jarred [Dulski] will take on the responsibility of managing Hydco’s field operations, estimating and project management. I am confident that Hydco’s future is bright with the promotions of these two deserving individuals.”
Dulski joined Hydco in 2017 and has worked on several projects across Arkansas as a Project Inspector and in a construction management position, including oversight of company operations, project estimating and management.
