Washington Regional has named Stephen J. Gilbert as its new vice president of facilities and construction management.
In his new role, Gilbert will oversee space planning, construction, maintenance, safety, security, emergency management and environmental services for the Washington Regional system. Gilbert has more than 12 years of professional experience in building design, construction and maintenance and most recently served as the health care market manager for Baldwin & Shell Construction.
Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arkansas.
