The Public Relations Society of America’s Counselors Academy has named Natalie Ghidotti, founder and CEO of the Ghidotti firm in Little Rock, as its 2022 Secretary and Treasurer. The national peer group PRSA enables the collaboration and exchange of meaningful best practices, business counsel and industry trends among the owners and leaders of PR agencies.
“As a member of the Counselors Academy, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of collaborating with my colleagues across North America and the business results those relationships create over time,” Ghidotti said in an official statement. “I am honored to give back to an organization that has helped my agency grow in so many ways and I look forward to continuing to share lessons learned from this group with our clients and colleagues here in Arkansas and the South.”
In addition to founding and leading the Little Rock-based public relations and marketing firm, Ghidotti has served at the national level of PRSA for many years. First, she served as the chairman of the Independent Practitioners Academy, then as a three-member leadership team that lead National PRSA’s Section Council. Ghidotti is currently on the Counselors Academy Executive Committee.
As a past president of the PRSA’s Arkansas chapter, she is the recipient of the chapter’s Crystal Award, which honors members who have made significant contributions to the PR industry and PRSA. In addition to the work she has done with the state and national PRSA organizations, Ghidotti is also a member of the Public Relations Global Network, a connected organization of 50 hand-selected public relations firms servicing key markets around the world.
The Counselors Academy is one of 14 Professional Interest Sections within PRSA that focuses on a variety of areas of expertise and is offered exclusively to members. Sections provide specialized content and networking opportunities in addition to executive online communities, newsletters, training and in-person events.
