Generations Bank has promoted Randy Torres to Market President for the Siloam Springs market. In his new role, Torres will oversee operations, lending and deposit relationships growth, and community involvement for the Siloam Springs market.
“Randy is a longtime resident of the Siloam Springs community. He shares the same passions for community growth and success as we all do at Generations,” said Joe Ruddell, president of Generations Bank. “As an organization that strives to be a pillar in our local communities, we look forward to becoming an even more active participant within the Siloam Springs community under Randy’s leadership.”
Generations Bank is a full-service community bank that currently has 10 locations across Arkansas, serving the communities of Bentonville, Camden, Fayetteville, Hampton, Junction City, Rogers, Siloam Springs and Van Buren.

Torres earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from John Brown University. He currently serves on the board of directors for Hope Cancer Resources and the Siloam Springs Chamber of Commerce.
