Frontier Airlines is adding a new nonstop route from Little Rock to Las Vegas.
Starting Sunday, March 7, the Denver-based airlines will be offering a twice-weekly route from Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock to McCarran International Airport. According to the airlines, flights start at $59.
This is part of a larger expansion of routes to Little Rock starting this week. Frontier also added nonstop routes from Oklahoma City, Okla.; El Paso, Texas; and Wichita, Kan. To Las Vegas. Later in March, Frontier is launching two new routes from Las Vegas to Los Cabos International Airport in Los Cabos, Mexico and to Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
“We’re very excited bring more new flights to Las Vegas and offer an affordable travel option for folks from El Paso, Little Rock, Oklahoma City and Wichita to visit the Entertainment Capital of the World,” Frontier Airlines senior vice presient of commercial Daniel Shurz said in a statement. “Frontier has quickly become a preferred airline in Las Vegas with an established crew base, robust flight schedule and ultra-competitive fares and we look forward to welcoming Nevadans on our two new international routes later this month to the sunny beaches of Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta.”
Southwest Airlines also offerings a nonstop flight to Las Vegas through Clinton Airport.
There are nonstop flights out of Little Rock to Atlanta; Charlotte; Dallas; Denver; Dallas/Fort Worth International; Houston; Miami; Chicago; Clearwater, Fla.; Phoenix; Sanford, Fla.; St. Louis; and Destin-Fort Walton, Fla.
