Frank (FH) Cox III has been elected by his partners to assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Little Rock marketing firm Cox Minshall Winans, effective April 1, 2022. The top role was previously held by Frank H. Cox Jr., who has been named Chairman Emeritus at the agency. Frank Cox Jr. also served as president and CEO of the CJRW Agency from 1997 through 2004.
FH Cox III has served as chief operating officer at Cox Minshall Winans since April 2015. FH Cox III will continue to oversee all operational elements of the company in addition to his new executive duties.

The CMW agency was originally founded as Crossbound Marketing in 2015 by both Coxes and Alex Winans. The company’s original focus was creating marketing strategies and executing advertising programs through digital channels. In 2018, the
agency merged with Minshall & Minshall Creative and changed its name to Cox Minshall Winans, LLC, more commonly referred to as CMW Marketing + Creative.
CMW Marketing + Creative serves clients in several industries including, finance, health care, outdoor products, hospitality, housewares, real estate, higher education, engineering, metal fabrication and software products and services, among others.
Cox’s promotion to President and CEO took place on the seventh anniversary of CMW’s founding in 2015.
