Today’s Power Inc. has appointed two new members to its board of directors. Scott Foushee and Rusty Pendergraft will both join the solar utility’s board.
Foushee currently sits on the board of directors for Farmers Electric Cooperative and is an Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc. director. He is sits on the Newport Economic Commission.
Pendergraft is the board chairman for the Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative, as well as a director of the Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc., the Electric Research & Manufacturing Cooperative Inc. (ERMCO) and the Miller County Farm Bureau Board.
“I want to express how thankful I am to Mr. Whitaker and Mr. Beadles for devoting their time and energy to helping TPI grow to one of the leading renewable energy providers in the mid-south. We are proud of the appointment of Scott and Rusty who have already provided significant contributions to help position TPI for strategic success” Today’s Power president Michael Henderson said in a statement.
The Today’s Power Inc. board is made up of 10 members. Foushee and Pendergraft are succeeding Wayne Whitaker and Wayne Beadles. Whitaker, who served on the board since 2015, retired from the Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative. Beadles, a Woodruff Electric Cooperative director, completed his board term, which began in 2015.
