Little Rock-based iProv has acquired Lucky Mule Marketing, expanding the firm’s digital strategy services and marketing expertise, iProv President and CEO RJ Martino announced.
“I’ve worked with Mark Wilson from Lucky Mule on innovative digital projects since 2001,” Martino said. “His expertise and thoughtful leadership will allow us to better service our existing customers. Additionally, Lucky Mule customers will now have a new set of services available to them from the experts on my team.”
Lucky Mule began as an independent digital marketing firm in 2010, specializing in brand development and campaign management. Through the acquisition, iProv will be adding Wilson as a client consultant to assist with managing iProv’s existing Web and IT customers.
“With the breadth of unique talent and resources available at iProv, the campaign-focused services offered through Lucky Mule will become part of a powerful holistic marketing and brand management solution,” explained Wilson. “My new role at iProv will give me the ‘Super Powers’ to do exactly what I love to do most…help people, brands, and businesses realize their dreams.”
