Arkansas engineering firm Crafton Tull has acquired an ownership stake in three office buildings that the company currently leases in Conway, Rogers and Oklahoma City.
Composed of a group of local investors, the buyer’s group includes Crafton Tull. Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners of Rogers not only facilitated the transaction, but will manage and lease the properties moving forward.

The Conway location is a 13,500- SF office building in The Meadow Office and Technology Park. Crafton Tull is the sole tenant and has leased the building since it was completed in 2014.
The Rogers property is prominently located on I-49 and is a four-story, 65,000- SF space. Crafton Tull began its lease at this location in 2002 and leases the space among other tenants.
Located near the John Kilpatrick Turnpike and the I-40 intersection, the Oklahoma City location is a 15,000- SF office building. Crafton Tull is the sole tenant in this space as well and has been leasing the building since completed in 2016.
Crafton Tull focuses on civil and structural engineering, architecture, surveying, landscape architecture, planning and environmental services. The Arkansas-based professional services firm was founded in 1963 and employs more than 250 people. With offices located throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma, the firm is one of three employee-owned Employee Stock Ownership Plan corporations headquartered in Arkansas.
