Construction is ongoing at the new Tacos 4 Life location on Cantrell Road in Little Rock.
The popular tacos chain was announced in mid-January and projected to open in mid-2020. It is unclear how the coronavirus pandemic will affect this timetable.
“Our guests in Central Arkansas are some of Tacos 4 Life’s most devoted and loyal fans,” Austin Samuelson, co-founder of Tacos 4 Life, said in a statement. “Our team is thrilled to bring another location to the area to help expand our mission to fight world hunger by serving delicious food.”
This makes the 12th Tacos 4 Life location in Arkansas. However, there are more locations planned for 2020, including restaurants in Tennessee and North Carolina.
Founded in 2014, Tacos 4 Life was developed by Austin and Ashton Samuelson in Conway as a way to fight world hunger while also providing fresh food. The restaurant donates 24 cents to its nonprofit partner, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), for each taco, salad, quesadilla, rice bowl or nachos is sells.
The new Tacos 4 Life restaurant will be located at 13924 Cantrell Road.
