Ritter Communications has named Jeff Chapman as its new vice president and general manager of its Fiber-to-the-Home division (FTTH).
In this role, Chapman will oversee all of the strategic plans and initiatives for the company’s FTTH division. Ritter provides internet, phone and television service packages through this division.
“After a nationwide search, I am pleased to welcome Jeff to our team,” Ritter CEO Alan Morse said in a statement. “His Fiber-to-the-Home knowledge paired with his years of management experience provides superb leadership for our FTTH team.”
An Arkansas native, Chapman most recently served as the executive vice president of operations for NorthState Communications in High Point, North Carolina. He previously served as CEO of Bridgepoint Communications in Dallas, Texas, as well as executive vice president of engineering and construction for FiberLight in Atlanta, Ga.
“High-quality, reliable and affordable broadband internet services are more crucial than ever. These connections have become just as essential as water and electricity, in businesses and homes,” Morse said.
