The 2023 Center of Excellence Award was recently presented to BMW of Little Rock. The company received top honors is all categories: Annual Volume Target (sales) Lead Conversion, Dealer sales Loyalty – BMW, Dealer Effectiveness, Total Purchases and Service Effectiveness.
There were 350 BMW centers across the nation that were measured on six different sales and aftersales performance indicators, with the winners outperforming the other centers in 2023.
The Center of Excellence awards are the highest honor a BMW center can receive for overall customer satisfaction and operational performance.
