Arvest Wealth Management has named Donny Rogers as president of investment services, effective Jan. 1. Rogers will replace Calvin Jarrett, who is retiring in early 2023.
Rogers, who currently serves as president and CEO of Arvest Trust and executive director of sales, will retain the latter title in addition to his new role. As president of investment services, Rogers will be responsible for supervision of the broker dealer. There will be a particular emphasis on the customer experience and the needs of Arvest Wealth Management advisors, who guide their clients and the communities they serve. Rogers will also focus on developing strategic plans and fostering a culture of sales and service.
Rogers has more than 28 years of industry experience, is FINRA-licensed and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Rogers received his degree in economics and finance from Arkansas Tech University and obtained his CFP certification in 1997. In his financial practice, Rogers believes in the solemn duties and responsibilities of financial stewardship and its impact on families and communities, now and for generations to come.
“It’s humbling to think about following Calvin’s leadership and all the change he has navigated through over the past 35 years,” Rogers said. “We will certainly be standing on his shoulders as we continue to serve our customers and associates. I’m excited about the opportunity to serve our advisors, their clients and our respective communities as the next president of Arvest Wealth Management investment services.”
Rogers and his wife, Danielle, live in Fort Smith and have two adult children. Arvest Trust will announce his successor once he or she has been selected.
