Arvest Bank has named a new senior vice president and senior private banker for its Little Rock market.
Diana Smithson, a 30-year banking veteran, has been named to the role. In this capacity, Smtihson will be charged with managing relationships with private banking clients and providing financial solutions.
“Diana is among the most well-known and respected professionals in the financial services industry and we are delighted that she is joining our Arvest team,” Jim Cargill, president and CEO of Arvest Bank in Central, Northeast and Southwest Arkansas, said in a statement. “She is dedicated to succeeding for her customers and dedicated to personally serving those most in need through her remarkable volunteer service across our community. We look forward to celebrating many future successes with her at Arvest.”
Smithson serves on the board of Women and Children First and previously served as a board chair for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
