The Arkansas Senate has passed HB1977 and the House has passed SB739, both of which provide employee exemptions from federal mandates and employer mandates related to Covid-19, and to declare an emergency.
The legislation was passed during Wednesday’s Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor meeting at the state capitol in Little Rock.
Both bills have passed in the entire Arkansas Legislature and will now proceed to Gov. Hutchinson‘s desk to be signed into law.
