Ark Angel Alliance has named Angela Grayson to its board.
Grayson is the sixth member of the Ark Angel Alliance’s board of directors. The existing members include Jeff Amerine, James Hendren, Amy Hopper, Bryan Hosto and Alese Stroud.
“We are pleased to welcome Angela to the board of directors,” Alese Stroud, board chair, said in a statement, “As a highly respected member of the entrepreneurial space, Angela’s insight will be invaluable as we continue to grow the network across the state”.
Grayson is the founder and principal of Precipice IP PLLC, an intellectual property rights-focused law firm. According to Precipice IP’s website, Grayson specializes in patent, trademark and copyright law with technical areas in the pharmaceutical, medical device, software and materials industries.
She previously served in counsel roles at Walmart, DuPont and Pfizer, as well as serving as a patent attorney with Eli Lilly and Company, according to her LinkedIn profile.
“Ark Angel Alliance provides unique investment opportunities for entrepreneurs within the state and I look forward to furthering these initiatives, and hope to help expose entrepreneurs of color to these opportunities as a member of the board”, Grayson said.
Ark Angel Alliance, established in 2019, is the only active angel investment network in Arkansas.
