The recently elected president of Arkansas Farm Bureau has been named to the national organization’s board of directors.
Rich Hillman, who was elected ArFB president in December, was elected to the American Farm Bureau board of directors during the AFB annual convention this week. Hillman will represent the Southern Region for the organization.
As a member of the board, Hillman will be responsible for helping guide the largest agriculture advocacy organization in the United States.
“Agriculture is vitally important for our country’s economic and cultural wellbeing,” Hillman said in a statement. “I look forward to serving the members of this organization and providing a voice for the concerns four our farmers and ranchers.”
