The promotion of three AgHeritage Farm Credit Services employees was revealed recently by the company: Drew Taylor, Ethan Branscum and Deanna Speer.
Drew Taylor has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer. In this new role, Taylor will also be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He will oversee the Association’s Information Technology, Business Enablement and Compliance areas.
“Drew’s contributions in the technology and compliance areas has helped us meet regulatory expectations while fulfilling our mission of serving the needs of Arkansas farmers and ranchers,” said AgHeritage President and CEO Greg Cole.
Ethan Branscum has been promoted to Vice President of Agribusiness and Capital Markets. In this new role, Branscum will oversee the company’s agribusiness lending platform and capital markets business.
“AgHeritage has experienced significant success across all facets of our businesses in recent years. Ethan has been a key contributor to our team and our mission of serving Arkansas farmers and ranchers,” said AgHeritage Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Blake Swindle. “We are confident that he will excel in this new role and contribute to our company’s success in the future.”
Deanna Speer has been promoted to Executive Assistant and Corporate Secretary. In this new role, she will continue to help AgHeritage make advancements in governance areas.
“Deanna has over 29 years of experience in the governance and executive areas. Her skill set and vast knowledge of the Farm Credit System have been an integral part of AgHeritage’s success in these areas,” said AgHeritage President and CEO Greg Cole.
