Holt oversees Riceland Foods’ departments responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and sales to more than 70 countries. The bulk division he oversees includes food ingredient sales; re-packer sales, which are sales are to companies who own brands but don’t have rice mills; co-product sales, the selling of all other parts of the rice milling process like hulls, rice bran, etc. and international sales. A Stuttgart native, Holt attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he majored in business, and law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law. He enjoys working for family farmers across the state and the South, all of whom are committed to the Riceland mantra of “United We Grow.”
